    FIND THE STORY

Your company has thousands of stories. So let's find the right one for your Business Theater podcast. Here's how we find the story.

What are your biggest initiatives this year? Which one is the most critical? How is it addressing a customer experience?

Do customers understand your process...and is the process easy? If your podcast explained a process more clearly, would you have happier--or new--customers?

What's on the horizon for your brand? What do you want your audience to know about it?

Are you releasing a new product or feature and you want your audience to understand it better?

And just as importantly, how will you integrate this Business Theater podcast into new or existing campaigns?

These are just a few of the questions we derive from a discovery workshop. We have an entire portfolio of visual tools that help your team find the right story. Our workshops are engaging, illuminating...and targeted to your specific marketing goals.

The right story and the characters to tell it will emerge as you see your brand in a fresh way.

    MAP IT TO CX

Do you work from customer journey maps? If so, let's see where the customer experience is very good...and where it's not.

Could customers enhance their experience with your company if they knew some insider-type information?

Is there a way they could extend the value of your products and services if they only knew about it?

Who or what is the hero? Who or what is the villain, the problem that's blocking progress and happiness for your characters (and you)?

What overarching conflict or drama is preventing the characters from getting what they want? How will the story resolve that?

How will the customer experience be better at the end of the podcast?

What action do you want listeners to take afterward?

One of our competitive advantages is we don't just gather this information. We map it visually so you can see how each character is moving the story to the goal or resolution.

This helps you see it before they hear it.

    SCRIPT + DIRECT

After you have the story you want and we've all agreed on the customer experience, MarKer USA writes the podcast script for you and your team.

The script is in standard Hollywood format, with acts, scenes, actor cues, and direction.

Throughout the script process, you will be as hands-on as you'd like. In addition to giving your insights on the script itself, we'll audition and train the actors so that when recording begins, everyone is comfortable and ready to give a sparkling performance.

This includes table reads. A table read (which is often remote now) consists of actors reading and performing the lines so that we can all assess accuracy and authenticity. We'll lead these, ideally with you in the assistant producer's chair.

This is an excellent opportunity to bring your colleagues into your Business Theater podcast experience and generate some excitement. If your colleagues are part of the cast, you'll soon see that they love to act out the lines--especially since there's no camera capturing every movement (and flub).

What happens next? If you have a podcast team, they record, edit, and produce the final product. If you don't, Marker Podcast can produce for you.
